G* Network Terms of Service

1. Overview

G* Network (“G* Network”, “we”, “us”) operates a music-promotion marketplace at gnetwork.tech that connects recording artists with vetted social media creators for paid promotional campaigns. By accessing or using our service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use G* Network. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep it up to date.

3. Roles on the Platform

Artists submit tracks and fund promotional campaigns. Creators opt in to receive campaign assignments and post sound-led content on platforms including TikTok. Admins (G* Network staff) review submissions, approve creators, and oversee campaign delivery.

4. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

Creators may connect a TikTok account to G* Network via TikTok Login Kit. By connecting your account you authorize us to read the data covered by the scopes you approve at sign-in (basic profile, public profile fields, account stats, and your list of public videos). You can disconnect at any time from your G* Network settings, which revokes our access tokens and stops further data collection from TikTok.

5. Campaign Conduct

Creators agree to post content that complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy, and applicable laws, including disclosure of paid partnerships where required. Artists agree that they own or have cleared all rights to the music they submit for promotion. G* Network is not responsible for user-generated content posted by creators on third-party platforms.

6. Payments

Campaigns are paid via Stripe. Pricing for each tier is shown at checkout. Refunds are handled case-by-case before campaign assignments have been issued; once creators have been assigned and work has begun, campaigns are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
• Submit music or content you do not have the rights to promote.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass platform integrations or rate limits.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an artist, label, or brand.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@gnetwork.tech.

9. Disclaimers

G* Network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes, view counts, or streaming uplift. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Independence from Third-Party Platforms

G* Network is an independent service. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, or any other third-party platform referenced in the service. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
